Los empaques deben proteger, identificar, transportar, almacenar e informar su contenido  a los últimos consumidores. Estos empaques pueden ser rígidos, semirrígidos, flexibles. El empaque va a estar destinado al consumidor final que es quien compra el producto.&lt;br /&gt;
Tener en cuenta la presentación y exhibición del producto a través del empaque es parte de marketing de la empresa aportando valor a la comercialización de la empresa.&lt;br /&gt;
